Following Real Decreto 463/2020, from March 14, where it was declared the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, we would like to express our solidarity and let you know that both your safety and our employees’ are our highest priority. Therefore, we inform you that we are cancelling all reservations with expected arrivals during the state of alarm period decreed by the Spanish Government and its successive extensions, if any.

If your reservation has a refundable policy, it will be cancelled automatically.

If your reservation was made with a non-refundable rate, please contact us by phone or by email and we will inform you of the different possibilities.
