This Ethical Channel, also known as the Internal Information System, stems from the commitment of Grupo Hoteles Playa, S.A. to regulatory and legal compliance.

In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the channel, the security and integrity of communications, only the natural person who has been designated by the Management Body as the person responsible for the System has access to the communications and/or complaints submitted. The Governing Body has opted for the outsourcing of the System. In no case does any member of the company have access to the channel. In this way we also guarantee objectivity and impartiality in the processing of the communications and/or complaints that are submitted.

Any act that may constitute reprisal in accordance with the provisions of art. 36 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February is strictly forbidden.

This channel may be used by any person, whether they are part of the Company or not, who has knowledge of or has indications of the existence of conduct that generates regulatory, legal and/or criminal non-compliance.

Communications and/or reports may be anonymous and non-anonymous and may contain any ethical and compliance concerns or queries. All will be received and analysed in a diligent, rigorous and confidential manner and processed in accordance with the procedure established for this purpose, based on best practice, with the aim of providing an orderly response and processing. This channel may not be used for the presentation of complaints or claims referring to the products/services of Grupo Hoteles Playa, S.A., nor may it be used for sending commercial communications.

This channel is not enabled for the reception of Curriculum Vitae (C.V.). Any C.V. submitted through the Ethical Channel will be destroyed immediately.

The legitimation of the data processing is based on the legal obligation applicable to the data controller, by virtue of the provisions of Article 6.1.c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, 8 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December and 11 of Organic Law 7/2021 of 26 May.
