For Playa Hoteles: Penalty of 5% of the reservation if cancelled up to 10 days before arrival, 15% up to 3 days before, 25% up to 24 hours before, 35% in the last 24 hours and 100% from 12 noon on the day of arrival or in case of no-show. If you leave the hotel early, the amount corresponding to 1 unused night will be charged.
For all other hotels: in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or “no-show”, we will charge the amount of one night to your credit card and cancel the reservation.
