Cancellation
- For ALL reservations with arrival from 22/12 to 24/12 and from 29/12 to 31/12, the cancellation conditions will be as follows:
- If cancelled between 21 and 16 days before arrival, 15% of the total reservation will be billed.
- If cancelled between 15 and 10 days before arrival, 25% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled between 9 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be billed.
- If cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date or if a no-show occurs, 100% of the total reservation will be billed.
