Guarantees

Modification guarantee: from 01/06 and up to 24 hours before the arrival date, modifications are allowed (subject to availability and upon request) with a surcharge for each modification of 30€ (non-refundable). No modifications will be allowed less than 24 hours before the arrival date and no change of the name of the reservation holder will be allowed under any circumstances.

Best Price Guarantee: Senator Hotels & Resort guarantees that if a better offer is made in the future (matching the check-in/check-out dates, room type and boarding regime contracted), we will match the price.

Cancellation Guarantee for only € 29.9 per room: Senator Hotels & Resorts offers a (non-refundable) cancellation guarantee which must be contracted at the time of booking. This guarantee covers any cause for cancellation and does not require any proof. However, it does not cover no-show, modification or early departure fees.
Cancellation fees

If you cancel between 15 and 10 days before arrival: 5% of the total amount of the reservation.

If you cancel between 9 and 3 days before arrival: 15% of the total booking amount.

If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount.

If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival date: 35% of the total booking amount.

In case of a No Show (no show or cancellation after 12:00 on the day of arrival), the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
